What a FANTASTIC experience! (insert me jumping up and down here!) In the past, I tried the other diets – Weight Watchers, Low-Carb, the Dukan, etc – which always resulted in one thing….more stress eating! I constantly felt deprived which led to my coping mechanism – eating! … {Now} I have my glow, my personality, and confidence – nothing those other programs gave me! My family, co-workers, and friends have all commented that I’m glowing and want to know what inspired the change?!

What a FANTASTIC experience! (insert me jumping up and down here!) I’m currently in week 10 of working 1-on-1 with Katie and love this transformation. It has been a wonderful journey – and has been super easy to follow. In the past, I tried the other diets – Weight Watchers, Low-Carb, the Dukan, etc – which always resulted in one thing….more stress eating! I constantly felt deprived which led to my coping mechanism – eating!

Now, I have my glow, my personality, and confidence – nothing those other programs gave me! My family, co-workers, and friends have all commented that I’m glowing and want to know what inspired the change?!

The change is that this program has focused on the WHOLE me! – not just the bits and pieces I wanted to change about myself because I felt bad about them. I am a chronic “stuffer” – meaning, things I didn’t want to feel or address – I’d push away and “move on”. I also would cope by stuffing my face with food! This program has helped me learn to FEEL again – to address the things that may seem overwhelming, and help give them perspective and meaning – then to focus on how they have helped me grow as a person. It’s SO wonderful taking something that feels like a negative – and turning it into an experience to grow, change, and love yourself!

When I come across those times I’d rather just “stuff” with food – Katie helps me work through the deeper meaning and find healthy alternatives! My digestion has improved, my skin is clear and glowing, and I have the spring in my step I haven’t felt since high school!

I’ve uncovered that I needed to give myself permission that I deserve things. Through this I’ve been empowered to make changes in the workplace and ask for more from my boss and team. As a result – I’m up for a promotion next week. Attitude changes everything! One of the goodies in my monthly goodie box I get from Katie (the glass water bottle) has also prompted other people in the office to want to get in on some of the new healthy things as well. You can be healthy, cute, and trend-setting all at the same time!

With all the insight I now have on healthy living, I’ve identified which friends love healthy foods too and I really enjoy cooking whole food meals with friends. We take walks together over our lunch breaks and talk about little things we’ve learned in the week that give us bigger insights into ourselves. It’s fun when you can begin to open up and find others that want to share in that experience with you!

I would recommend this program to anyone who struggles with beating themselves up about previously failed attempts at healthy lifestyle. I’ve learned to take it minute by minute – rather than saying “well, there went that week!” Katie has helped me focus on thinking positively and living more fully in the beautiful person that I am.
