I find myself waking up earlier and with more energy. I am exercising 3 times a week including walking, swimming, and now Tai Chi (which I found out I really enjoy)! I’ve been able to identify the foods that bring on my energy drain, improved my digestion, and also found new foods to include in my and my family’s diet. It has been such a wonderful experience and I am so thankful I worked with Katie.

The last 3 months have been a wonderful and eye-opening journey. Before working with Katie I was pretty mindful of my food quality and sources and always shopped for the healthiest products and supplements for my family but I knew I needed the extra help, stretching, support, and knowledge to grow deeper in order to boost my energy and heal my body. Having fibromyalgia, I found myself very tired after dinner with little energy or motivation to exercise – either forcing myself to exercise or not do anything.

After working just 3 months with Katie, we identified the foods I need to support my body, energy, and auto-immune issues and have just started to put foods and supplements in my body to start the healing process and hopefully reverse more of my symptoms.
