6 months ago I didn’t realize how powerful I was; I didn’t realize how much inside had to change. I’ve now got a pep in my step and I’ve lost (and kept off) 16 pounds!  A glow has emerged and you can tell a difference by just looking at me!  I now feel like my head and body are finally connecting to my heart and I have a completely different frame of mind in how I talk to myself…I’ve finally stepped in to my beauty, have taken ownership of myself and have found my glow!

Katie, you have been a Godsend!  I am a totally different person from 6 months ago… I am me and loving me.  Working with you is an amazing experience and I want to brag about it as much as I can!

Before working with Katie, I was struggling with weight issues, lack of productivity, sleep deprivation, UTIs, stress and anxiety.  I was putting so much pressure on myself to be P-E-R-F-E-C-T while trying to rush the health process.

For me, the program is not just a way to lose weight, but is a way to embrace a healthier me in every area of my life.  You’ve helped me to shift my perspective on some things and identify areas where I was blocking my own success.  I really loved the practical checklists throughout the process so I knew exactly what to focus on.

I’ve now got a pep in my step and I’ve lost (and kept off) 16 pounds!  A glow has emerged and you can tell a difference by just looking at me!  I now feel like my head and body are finally connecting to my heart and I have a completely different frame of mind in how I talk to myself.  Now I’m more productive, sleep better, have less anxiety, my menstrual cycle started to regulate itself and I’m relieved of any complications I was having or UTIs. I have not had a single UTI or yeast infection. Not one!!! I’ve realized that extreme self-care and self-love are not selfish but are actually a boost to my self-esteem.  I’m getting more done and I have a better sense of self, happiness, trust of myself, and I’m honestly breathing easier! My mood has improved and I’m slowly learning to relax with myself and slow down. I’ve begun to feed my soul creatively (and even enrolled in voice lessons!).  I’m actually craving greens and eating less sweets (I’m surprised to find there are several days when I don’t want a sweet at all!) and when I go out I pick healthy foods (I’m even cooking more!).  I’m exercising more and have a renewed focus on my spiritual practices.  I’ve finally stepped in to my beauty, have taken ownership of myself and have found my glow!
