A year later, I am still choosing foods that leave me energized, healthy, and at my best.  It’s more than just what to eat but why I make the food choices I do. Understanding why I eat too many chips or spoonfuls of peanut butter or whatever is really what has made my time with Katie successful long-term.  I am mindful about not just my dinner but also relationships, career, and lifestyle. I can feed my body and not my stress or worries.  It all goes together at the end of the day.
