I am proof that no matter how busy your schedule is, you can make small changes over time that impact your life and health. I came to Katie last fall looking to heal and understand my digestion issues, lose weight, improve my endurance, increase my energy, and boost my confidence. While the road was incredibly challenging due to my demanding work schedule, I’ve lost weight and continue to head to right where I want to be. I look better, feel better, and am stronger and faster.I know the foundation of what to eat to feel my best, and Katie has helped me move in the right direction to keep exploring the foods I need to incorporate more. My digestion has improved dramatically because we discovered the foods my body doesn’t like. But Katie wasn’t just about food and nutrition. She also encouraged me to find a better balance between work and home life.
