Goodbye making it way more complicated, boring, and bland than it needs to be. Pinky promise.

OUR SECRET SAUCE FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS:

+ ADD IN: It’s alllll about adding IN more of the good + right stuff.

+ FREEDOM: Choose what you DO want, not what you ‘should’.

+ TRIFECTA: detox. hormones. digestion. These 3 give us the biggest + quickest results when we love on ‘em.

+ INSPO: complete the challenge + share = win cool & pretty stuff. Some call it bribes, I call it inspiration + motivation. ;)

​​​​​​​Let’s roll! Day 1 challenge…

Seem simple? It is.

Lacking in yum factor? Well, stop eating it that way, love. See my tips below.

But first, WHY is going green key to resetting? Two words: 1) Powerhouse. 2) Lifeblood.

NERD SPEAK:
The vibrant green color in plants comes from the chlorophyll pigment flowing through it (lifeblood). This pigment is responsible for absorbing sunlight and creating energy (powerhouse). Hello lifeblood + energy infusion.

SEXY SPEAK:
+ um, energy? Enough said.
+ protects skin & lessens wrinkles (oh snap! looking rested)
​​​​​​​+ reduces chemicals & toxins in the body (binds/neutralizes/excretes)
+ s​​​​​peeds up elimination (BMs), balances fluid levels, and reduces constipation (goodbye bloat + puffiness)
+ i​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​mproves metabolism & lessens cravings
​​​​​​​+ helps get rid of bad breath & body odor (so fresh, so clean)

​​​​​​​Green changes errything.

Today’s Challenge // Add in something green.
To at least 1 meal, add in a plant that is green. Don’t overthink this. Keep it easy.

ADD-IN IDEAS:
+ spinach to a smoothie.
+ ​​​​​chopped kale to a soup.
​+ ​​​​peas to mac ‘n cheese.
+ celery to your nut butter packet.
+ steamed broccoli with butter (must!) as a side to anything.
+ ​​​​​​herb to a marinade/dip (favs: cilantro & parsley).

KDO RESET HACK:
Life can be full, time crunched, or I’m forgetful. Here are a few of my greenie hacks:

+ Liquid Chlorophyll: Add 10-15 drops to water, smoothie, or even bulletproof coffee.
+ Green Veggie Powder: Add 1 scoop to smoothie or water.
+ Kale Chips: Keep on hand or grab from Starbucks on the run.
+ Broccoli Florets (crispy): Trader Joes.
